幼儿园是幼儿健康成长的重要场所,小班幼儿刚刚进入幼儿园,面对完全陌生的环境,幼儿表现出不同的受挫行为,培养幼儿勇敢面对挫折,有效地应对挫折,合理地引导幼儿了解幼儿园生活,激发幼儿的积极情绪,有助于培养幼儿应对不同挫折情境的能力。本文对小班幼儿初期的挫折行为进行了系统记录和分析,就如何应对其挫折行为的策略进行了研究。
Kindergarten is an important place for the healthy growth of young children. Children in small classes have just entered kindergartens. In the face of completely unfamiliar environment, young children show different frustrated behaviors, train young children to face up to the setbacks, deal with setbacks effectively and reasonably guide young children to understand kindergarten life, Motivating young children’s positive emotions helps to nurture young children’s ability to cope with different setbacks. This paper systematically records and analyzes the early setbacks of young children in small classes and studies how to deal with their setbacks.
