1985～1995年,我院治疗抽动秽语综合征20例,报告如下。 1 临床资料 本文20例病人系本院门诊患者。均为男性年龄5～16岁,其中7～11岁14例。病程2～5年。20例中眨眼、皱眉18例,撅嘴15例,摇头15例,耸肩10例,蹬脚,踢足5例,展肢收肢3例。喉中发出咳、阿、哼、妈、吱等声19例。神经系统检查无阳性所见。20例查EEG正常,15例查头颅CT未见异常。20例均用肌苷0.2、安定1.25mg～2.5mg、维生素B_610mg等治疗3个月,症状完全消失8例为痊愈。症状减少75％以上为显效6例,症状减少75％～50％为有效6例,症状减少50％以下为无效0例。未治愈者改用氟哌啶醇0.5mg～1mg每日3次,氟奋乃静0.5mg每日3次,一个月后症状完全控制。

Symptoms decreased by 75% for the markedly effective in 6 cases, 75% to 50% reduction in symptoms was effective in 6 cases, 50% reduction in symptoms was invalid in 0 cases. Not cured to switch to haloperidol 0.5mg ~ 1mg 3 times a day, fluphenazine 0.5mg 3 times a day, one month after the full control of symptoms.
