本文根据笔者的亲身经历和学习实践,对职业教育起步较早的台湾职教理念与做法进行收集与整理,总结出素质教育与个性化管理特色,以期有对乐山职业技术学院有一定的借鉴作用。
Based on the author’s personal experience and learning practices, this paper collects and sorts out the ideas and practices of vocational education in Taiwan that started earlier in vocational education, and summarizes the characteristics of quality education and individual management so as to provide some reference to Leshan Vocational and Technical College .
