本文以调查1868名已婚育龄妇女,1835名0—6岁儿童的卫生服务及92名县乡妇幼卫生人员,61名村卫生人员现状为基础,结合常规统计资料,首次报告了我国海岛地区妇幼卫生服务状况。调查研究结果:舟山市妇幼卫生状况良好;妇幼卫生资源尚属充足;妇幼卫生服务利用较好但卫生服务利用不平衡。由于海岛岛屿众多,居住分散,交通不便,卫生资源共享性差,以致卫生资源相对不足而又有浪费,被动服务利用程度较高,主动服务利用程度不足。
Based on the survey of 1868 married women of childbearing age, 1835 health services of 0-6 year-olds, 92 maternal and child health workers in county and township level and 61 village health workers, combined with routine statistics, this paper reports for the first time on the status of maternal and child Health service status. Survey results: Zhoushan City, a good state of MCH; maternal and child health resources are adequate; MCH services better utilization of health services but not balanced. Due to the large number of island islands, scattered living, inconvenient transportation and poor sharing of health resources, the health resources are relatively inadequate and wasteful. The utilization of passive services is high and the utilization of active services is insufficient.
