目的:探讨乡镇卫生院药剂管理工作中存在的问题,并对针对性的解决办法进行分析。方法:选择我市13家乡村卫生医院作为实验研究的对象,对药剂管理工作进行指控检察,对药剂人员的组成、药剂管理工作中存在的问题等进行探讨和分析。结果:乡镇卫生院药剂管理工作中存在的问题主要有部分药剂工作人员专业素质低、药剂管理制度不健全、部分药剂的质检工作不到位以及特殊药品的管理混乱。结论:乡镇卫生院药剂管理工作中存在着诸多的问题,应该通过提高药剂工作人员的综合素质、建立健全的药剂管理制度,实施规范管理、制定完善的药剂的质检工作制度以及加强对特殊药品的管理等方法给予解决,提高乡镇卫生院药剂管理工作的水平和质量。
Objective: To explore the existing problems in the pharmaceutical management of township hospitals and to analyze the targeted solutions. Methods: Thirteen rural health hospitals in our city were selected as the experimental research objects, the prosecution of drug administration was conducted, the composition of the pharmacy staff and the problems existing in the pharmacy management were discussed and analyzed. Results: The main problems in the management of pharmaceuticals in township hospitals were the low professional quality of some pharmacy staff, the imperfect management system of pharmaceutical agents, the lack of quality control of some pharmaceuticals and the disorder of management of special drugs. Conclusion: There are many problems in pharmacy management in township hospitals. We should establish a sound pharmacy management system by improving the overall quality of pharmacy staff, implement standardized management, establish and improve the pharmaceutical quality control system and strengthen the supervision of special drugs Management and other methods to be addressed to improve the level and quality of township hospitals pharmacy management.
