部分地方高校公共管理专业人才培养模式存在定位不准确,教学内容不科学,实践能力和创新能力培养不足等问题。在进行培养目标定位时应该扬长避短,形成特色,适应地方经济社会发展需要,强调理论基础、实践能力和创新思维并重。具体措施方面要注意以社会需求为导向,以实际应用为重点,以培养学生能力为中心。
Some local colleges and universities public management professionals training mode exists inaccurate positioning, unscientific teaching content, practical ability and lack of innovation ability and other issues. In the training of the target positioning should avoid weaknesses, the formation of features to adapt to the needs of local economic and social development, emphasizing the theoretical basis, practical ability and innovative thinking both. Specific measures should pay attention to the needs of the community-oriented, with practical application as the focus, to develop students’ ability as the center.
