“意见公司” 日本有一家“意见公司”,由日本实践技术协会开设。这家与众不同的公司有近百位员工,其中有50位与不同年龄不同层次的消费者建立了固定联系,请他们经常对各种商品提出意见,包括对商品的批评和改进意见。同时还登出广告,欢迎各方面人士向公司打电话或上门送“意见”,公司给提意见者一定的报酬。同时将收集的各种意见整理分类,及时反馈给有关生产经营企业,生产经营企业根据“意见”,不断改进产品和服务,以提高企业竞争力。“意见公司”从中得到效益回报。
