由国家商务部和上海市政府共同主办、全国30个省市自治区协办的2010中国(上海)国际跨国采购大会,2010年9月16-18日在上海举行。此次跨采大会吸引了32个国家或地区,共310家采购商设展;产品涉及18个大类1700多个品种,比去年增长42%;采购总金额约260亿美元,同比增长45%左右。大会设置“日本制造业”、“德国制造业”、“汽车零部件”、“全球知名制造业”、“全球知名零售商”和“联合国”、“中美洲”7个采购专区。国内外参展供应商约6000多家。同时,8场专题研讨会,围绕中国供应商如何提升实力、如何优化供应链等主题展开讨论,以促进国内供应商和国际采购商的沟通交流。后金融危机时期,世界经济开始了缓慢而复杂的复苏,在这阵痛与希望交织、坚守与变革交错之际,人们期待着新的世界经济增长点破茧而出。目前,中国经济和世界经济都在进行结构性调整,经济结构的调整和经济的发展对于国际贸易影响深远,两者休戚相关。跨国采购作为国际贸易发展的新趋势,面对各国经济政策的转变,又将会面临什么样的机遇与挑战?

At present, both the Chinese economy and the world economy are making structural adjustments. The adjustment of economic structure and economic development have far-reaching effects on international trade and the two are closely interrelated. As a new trend of international trade development, transnational procurement faces the opportunities and challenges of facing the transformation of economic policies of various countries.
