去年,我们上钢三厂根据中央2号文件精神,在企业整顿中开展了全面计划管理,把生产计划和经营目标的制定、实施、检查、修订及考核等各个管理环节结合成统一的有机整体,初步形成了比较完善的全面计划管理体系。同时加强了“六个一”,即:每年一预测,每季一按排,每月一部署,每旬一平衡,每日一计划,每班一汇报的计划管理工作制度,从而带动了企业的整个管理工作。我们的主要做法是:
