乡村治理是国家治理的基础,关系到国家政权的稳固和社会的可持续发展。当前乡村治理面临诸多问题和困境,乡村治理也亟需从传统管理向现代治理转变。通过贵州印江县村级乡贤参事会的建设案例分析发现,以新乡贤为代表的乡贤参事会可以充分发挥其乡村治理功能,对弥补政府治理缺位、提高乡村公共服务水平、助推农村经济发展、重塑乡村共同体、加快全面建设小康社会进程和积极探索乡村治理新路径等具有重大的研究价值。
Rural governance is the foundation of state governance and concerns the stability of state power and the sustainable development of society. At present, rural governance faces many problems and dilemmas. Rural governance also urgently needs to shift from traditional management to modern governance. Through the case analysis of Yinxian County Yinxian Counseling in Yinjiang County, Guizhou Province, she found that Xianxian Counselor, represented by Xinxiang Yinxian, can give full play to its rural governance function, make up the vacancy of government governance and improve the level of rural public services, Rural economic development, reshaping the rural community, accelerating the process of building a moderately prosperous society and actively exploring new ways of rural governance have great research value.
