目的分析围生期唾液酸(SA)代谢水平与小儿早期发育的关系。方法采取前瞻性队列研究,随机选取2014年3月-2015年10月在该院就诊的121例健康孕妇及其分娩的健康新生儿作为研究对象,测脐带血及初乳SA水平,新生儿出生时测定体格发育指标(体重、身长、头围和Kaup指数),在出生后3~4月时评估精神发育指数(MDI)和运动发育指数(PDI)。结果 121例新生儿脐带血及初乳中SA水平分别为(1.24±0.02)mmol/ml、(5.05±0.04)mmol/ml;3~4月小儿MDI和PDI分别为(99.87±1.90)分、(98.56±1.86)分;出生体重、身长、头围及Kaup指数分别为(3.32±0.28)kg、(50.27±0.42)cm、(34.25±0.32)cm、(13.05±0.78)。研究表明,脐带血及初乳中不同SA水平的MDI、PDI比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。脐带血及初乳中SA水平与体格发育相关性不明显(P>0.05)。结论脐带血及初乳中SA水平与小儿早期发育(MDI、PDI)有相关性(P<0.01);脐带血及初乳中SA水平与体格发育相关性不明显(P>0.05)。
Objective To analyze the relationship between perioperative sialic acid (SA) metabolism and early childhood development. Methods A prospective cohort study was conducted. 121 healthy pregnant women and healthy newborn babies were selected randomly from March 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital. The levels of umbilical cord blood and colostrum SA, neonatal birth Physical growth indicators (body weight, length, head circumference and Kaup index) were measured and the mental development index (MDI) and motor development index (PDI) were assessed at 3 to 4 months after birth. Results The levels of SA in umbilical cord blood and colostrum of 121 neonates were (1.24 ± 0.02) mmol / ml and (5.05 ± 0.04) mmol / ml, respectively. The MDI and PDI in pediatric patients from March to April were (99.87 ± 1.90) (98.56 ± 1.86). The birth weight, body length, head circumference and Kaup index were (3.32 ± 0.28) kg, (50.27 ± 0.42) cm, (34.25 ± 0.32) cm and (13.05 ± 0.78) respectively. Studies have shown that cord blood and colostrum in different SA levels of MDI, PDI difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). There was no significant correlation between SA level in umbilical cord blood and colostrum and physical development (P> 0.05). Conclusion SA levels in umbilical cord blood and colostrum are correlated with early childhood development (MDI, PDI) (P <0.01). SA levels in umbilical cord blood and colostrum are not significantly correlated with physical development (P> 0.05).
