目的:分析对分泌性中耳炎患者实施围术期听力护理时使用现代护理的临床效果及其应用价值。方法:收集我院在1年内收治的分泌性中耳炎患者60例,将其使用随机方法分为对照组以及观察组,均为30例。两组均需使用手术方法治疗。对照组在围手术期需实施常规听力护理,观察组在围手术期需实施现代护理,对两组护理效果进行比较分析。结果:两组患者均取得一定效果,但观察组的治疗有效率和满意程度评分明显高于对照组,同时观察组的复发率、并发症发生率明显低于对照组,所有差异经比较后显示均显著(P<0.05)。结论:在对分泌性中耳炎患者实施手术治疗时,在围手术期实施现代护理,可明显提升护理效果和安全性,有较高应用价值。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect and application value of modern nursing in patients with secretory otitis media during perioperative hearing care. Methods: Sixty cases of secretory otitis media were collected in our hospital within one year. They were divided into control group and observation group using random method, all of which were 30 cases. Both groups needed surgical treatment. The control group needed routine hearing nursing during perioperative period. The observation group needed to carry out modern nursing during the perioperative period. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results: The two groups of patients achieved certain results, but the treatment group of the treatment efficiency and satisfaction scores were significantly higher than the control group, while the observation group, the recurrence rate, the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group, all differences after comparison All were significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: When performing surgical treatment on patients with secretory otitis media, the implementation of modern nursing in perioperative period can significantly improve the nursing effect and safety, which has high application value.
