总结近12年来在中山医学院第一和第三附属医院所收治的649例伤寒、副伤寒中有并发症的200例,发现每年收治的病例数减少,但并发症发生率却升高。在各项并发症中,肝细胞损害占首位,肠出血和肠穿孔的发生率和过去相同,呼吸系统并发症已显著减少,感染性休克的发生率则比过去增多,而且是引起死亡的主要原因,溶血性疾病的发生率尤其增多。本组病死率为1.08%。
Summarizing the 200 cases of complications in 649 cases of typhoid and paratyphoid admitted to the First and Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhongshan Medical College in recent 12 years, it was found that the number of cases treated each year decreased but the complication rate increased. Among the complications, hepatocellular damage was the highest, and the incidence of intestinal hemorrhage and intestinal perforation were the same as in the past. Respiratory complications were significantly reduced. The incidence of septic shock was more than in the past and was the predominant cause of death The reason is that the incidence of hemolytic diseases is particularly high. The case fatality rate was 1.08%.
