目的研究并分析对老年痴呆患者使用综合护理的效果及意义。方法 98例老年痴呆患者,按照完全随机化分组原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合综合护理。将两组治疗依从性进行观察和对比。结果观察组治疗依从性为93.88%,对照组治疗依从性为73.47%,观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年痴呆患者的护理过程中,综合护理能够显著提升患者的治疗依从性,值得推广应用。
Objective To study and analyze the effect and significance of using integrated nursing in patients with senile dementia. Methods A total of 98 patients with Alzheimer’s disease were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of complete randomization group, 49 cases in each group. Control group received routine care, observation group based on the control group combined with comprehensive care. Two groups of treatment compliance were observed and compared. Results The compliance rate of the observation group was 93.88%, and that of the control group was 73.47%. The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the nursing process of patients with Alzheimer’s disease, comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the treatment compliance of patients, which is worth popularizing and applying.
