CT是一种无创伤性检查,对诊断新生儿颅内出血安全准确,能判断预后,随访疗效,并能从高危新生儿中及时发现颅内出血的病例,以达到早期治疗的目的。本文总结经颅脑CT证实为新生儿颅内出血17例,其中死亡2例均作尸检。17例被检者均使用岛津SCT1001V 25mA,扫描时以听眦线为基线,向上10mm开始作8个水平断面扫描。临床资料一、一般资料:男10例,女7例,发病日龄娩出~1h7例,~4h 4例,~72h 4例,14天、43天各1例。二、病史:17例中足月产10例(足月适于胎龄儿6例、小样儿2例、巨大儿2例)35周、33周早产儿各1例,过期产儿5例;顺产8例,产钳助产3例,
CT is a non-invasive examination of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage diagnosis of safe and accurate, can determine the prognosis, follow-up effect, and timely detection of intracranial hemorrhage in high-risk neonatal cases, in order to achieve the purpose of early treatment. In this paper, 17 cases of intracranial hemorrhage confirmed by brain CT confirmed as neonatal, of which 2 were dead for autopsy.
