针对美国公立高中存在的学生成绩不佳,低毕业率以及毕业生无法胜任后续的大学教育和工作要求等问题,近年来,美国联邦政府及相关机构组织陆续出台了一系列旨在推动公立高中改革的政策及报告,在继续强调高中肩负的升学和就业的使命同时,重视以提高学术成绩为核心的整体教育质量提升,这些改革的举措必将对未来美国高中教育改革的走向产生深远的影响。
In response to such problems as poor student achievement, low graduation rate and graduates’ lack of follow-up university education and job requirements in U.S. public high schools, the federal government and relevant agencies in the United States have issued a series of reforms in recent years to promote the reform of public high schools While emphasizing the mission of furthering and employment in high school, we also attach importance to improving the overall quality of education with academic achievements as the core. These reform measures will surely have a far-reaching impact on the future direction of U.S. high school education reform.
