外伤性白内障的手术较其他白内障复杂,行后房型人工晶体植入难度也大.将我院1989年4月～1993年12月收治的机械性眼外伤所致白内障142例一期植入后房型人工晶体的效果及术中有关问题处理体会报告如下.资料与方法1.一般资料:男128例女14例(9.14:1).年龄3～57岁平均24.36岁,其中11～40岁131例(92.25%).右眼67例左眼75例.穿通伤119例钝伤23例(5.17:1).病史9小时～1年,平均3.71月.术前视力:光感10眼,手动82眼,数指35眼,0.02～0.110眼,不合作幼儿5眼.不同程度角膜白斑101眼.虹膜前、后粘连45眼,根部断离5眼,部分缺损4眼.瞳孔区部分机化物21眼.角巩膜新鲜伤口20眼.晶体完整111眼,其中全白内障68眼,不全白内
