井探是本区砂矿普查勘探手段之一,用它检查砂钻质量。选择适宜的浅井取样方法,保证样品代表性,是井探工作中的重要一环。以往,我队是采用“刻槽法”进行浅井取样。由于本区第四纪地层松散、含水大,井壁容易坍塌,使所取样品代表性很差,特别在流砂层地区,即使采用成本昂贵的“全巷法”取样也不能保证质量。至一九六四年,我们参考外地用汽油筒(或大铁筒)在流砂层取大样的经验,试验成功了一种“吊锤冲击铁筒超前取样法”。经较长时间实践证明,生产效果良好,能确保浅井取样质量。
Well exploration is one of the exploration methods for sand exploration in this area. It is used to check the quality of sand drilling. Choosing the appropriate shallow well sampling method to ensure sample representativeness is an important part of well exploration work. In the past, our team used the “groove method” for sampling shallow wells. Because the Quaternary strata in this area are loose and water-bearing, the wellbore wall is easy to collapse, making the representative samples very poor. Especially in the quicksand layer area, even if the “all-lane method” sampling is costly, quality cannot be guaranteed. In 1964, we took the experience of taking large samples from a gas-fired canister (or a large iron cylinder) in a drift sand layer in the field. We successfully tested a method of “Draft Hammer Impact Iron Cartridge Advance Sampling”. After a long time of practice has proved that the production of good results, to ensure that the shallow wells sampling quality.
