非物质文化遗产(以下简称“非遗”)在现代文明冲击下生存受到严峻挑战,尤其是少数民族“非遗”。其保护与传承是近年来的热点问题,不少“非遗”已通过产业化运作实现了良性保护与发展。少数民族“非遗”由于封闭性和脆弱性更显著,更加需要现代化产业运作来进行保护。本文以“恭城油茶制作技艺”这一极具民族风情的“非遗”为例,探究少数民族“非遗”在市场中如何进行保护与发展。
