头孢噻肟是一种半合成头孢菌素,抗淋球菌包括产生β-内酰胺酶菌株(PPNG)的效力很强。许多研究表明以单剂量头孢噻肟1g肌注治疗无并发症的宫颈内膜、直肠及尿道的淋球菌感染有效。由于淋球菌对该药相当敏感(MIC<0.04μg/ml),也由于目前经济条件有限,本文评价了较低剂量、因而较便宜的头孢噻肟疗法的效果。作者对193例患者进行了研究,其中52例因治疗前未培养出淋球菌而除外,4例失访,共137例完成了观察和疗效评价,包括男79例、女58例,年龄18～45岁。参加研究的标准为尿道、宫颈内膜、直肠和(或)咽部的无并发
Cefotaxime is a semisynthetic cephalosporin that is highly potent against gonococci, including the production of beta-lactamase strains (PPNG).
