目的 :研究苏木 (CAE)抗癌有效成分 (化合物 )对 HL-6 0细胞的增殖抑制作用 ,并与化疗药物环磷酰胺(CP)的增殖抑制比较。方法 :采用 3 H-TDRBack man L S 5 0 0 0 CE液闪仪检测。结果 :苏木抗癌有效成分对 HL -6 0细胞的增殖抑制率显著 ,并在 (0 .40 -12 .8u g/ml) j呈剂量依赖性抑制 HL-6 0细胞 (r=0 .94,P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :苏木抗癌有效成分对 HL-6 0细胞增殖抑制率显著 ,并优于 CP;使苏木成分抗癌药物变为可能
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of the anti-cancer active ingredients (compounds) of Hemu (CAE) on the proliferation of HL-6 0 cells, and compare it with the proliferation inhibition of chemotherapy drug cyclophosphamide (CP). Methods : Detection was performed with a 3 H-TDRBack man L S50000 liquid scintillation detector. RESULTS: The inhibitory effect of the active ingredients of Hemu anticancer on the proliferation of HL-60 cells was significant, and HL-6 0 cells were inhibited in a dose-dependent manner (0. 40 -12. 8u g/ml) (r = 0.94, P<0. 0 0 1). Conclusion : The inhibitory effect of Hemu anticancer active ingredients on the proliferation of HL-6 0 cells is significant and better than that of CP; making Hematoxylin-based anticancer drugs possible
