乌合之众是一种临时的集合行为所产生的聚集人群,其行为表现,必然受诸多因素影响,具有一定的社会心理机制。在这方面,法国社会心理学家古斯塔夫·勒庞的经典著作《乌合之众:大众心理研究》,为我们开展英国“脱欧”公投所聚集起来的英国民众情绪的研究与处置,以及对于群体性情绪所引发后果的判断与分析,提供了可供借鉴的社会心理学理论与方法。
