目的识别、分析与评价某金属构件厂可能产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,提出相应的防护对策与措施。方法依据相关法律、法规和规范标准,采用现场职业卫生调查、检查表法和检验检测法进行评价。结果粉尘个体检测合格率为56%,粉尘定点检测合格率为93%;噪声个体检测合格率为27%;一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化氮、臭氧、锰及其无机化合物、镍及其无机化合物、三氧化铬、氟化氢、溶剂汽油、苯、甲苯、二甲苯等毒物检测结果均符合相关标准要求。结论该项目为职业病危害较重的建设项目。粉尘与噪声为该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素,建设单位应按照建议要求进行整改与落实,使其工作场所中职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)达到国家规定的职业卫生限值要求。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards that may occur in a metal component plant and the degree of harm to them, and propose appropriate countermeasures and measures for protection. Methods According to relevant laws, regulations and normative standards, field occupational health survey, checklist method and inspection and test method were used to evaluate. Results The qualified rate of individual dust detection was 56%, the qualified rate of dust detection was 93%, the detection rate of individual noise was 27%, and the qualified rate of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, ozone, manganese and their inorganic compounds, nickel and their inorganic compounds, Chromium trioxide, hydrogen fluoride, solvent gasoline, benzene, toluene, xylene and other toxic test results are in line with relevant standards. Conclusion The project is a serious construction project occupational hazards. Dust and noise are the main occupational hazards in this project. The construction unit should make rectification and implementation in accordance with the suggestions so that the concentration (intensity) of occupational hazards in the workplace will meet the occupational health limit stipulated by the state.
