延长花生仁的贮藏期是直接关系到提高其商品价值的问题,为此,我们用~(60)Coγ射线照射花生仁,研究其延长贮藏期及保持优良品质的问题,以便为贮藏加工提供依据。供试物种为胶南小花生和胶南大花生。1981年收获的胶南小花生种子两次照射,一次于同年11月,用~(60)Coγ射线2万伦、10万伦和20万伦处理,以未照射为对照;另一次于1982年5月照射,照射量为2万伦和10万伦,以未照射为对照。1982年收获的胶南大花生种子,于 To prolong the storage period of peanut kernel is directly related to the problem of increasing the value of the commodity.
