梅市府〔2005〕34号梅江区、梅县人民政府,市府直属各单位:为贯彻落实《中华人民共和国人民防空法》,检验我市防空警报设施性能和布局是否达到要求,进一步增强公民的国防观念和人防意识,市人民政府定于2005年11月3日在梅州城区(含梅县新县城)实施2005年度防空警报试鸣。现通告如下:一、试鸣时间:2005年11月3日上午9时30分至9时45分。二、届时市区将启动50台固定警报器和4台移动警报器同时发放防空警报信号。
Meishi District (2005) No. 34 Meijiang District, Meixian People’s Government, and municipal directly subordinate units: to implement the “People’s Republic of China Civil Air Defense Law” to test whether the performance and layout of air defense warning facilities in our city meet the requirements and further strengthen the citizens With regard to national defense concepts and air defense awareness, the Municipal People’s Government is scheduled to implement the 2005 air defense warning test in Meizhou City (including the new county seat of Mei County) on November 3, 2005. It is hereby announced as follows: First, the test of time: November 3, 2005 from 9:30 to 9:45. 2. At that time, 50 fixed alarms and 4 mobile alarms will be launched in the urban area and air defense warning signals will be issued simultaneously.
