经国家基本建设委员会会同第一机桃工业部批准执行的《厂房建筑统一化基本规则》(TJ6—74)是由《厂房结构统一化基本规则》(标准—105—56)修订而成的。原规则执行以来,历经大跃进、设计革命化运动和无产阶级文化大革命等几次重大革命运动,广大工人、革命干部和技术人员遵照毛主席教导,以阶级斗争为纲,解放思想、冲破条条框框,下楼出院、大搞现场三结合设计,在毛主席无产阶级革命路线指引下,认真贯彻执行党的基建方针政策。结合我国建厂条件和施工安装等生产实际,创造了许多新结构、新技术和新的施工方法。原规则的某些规定,已不能适应形势发展的需要。
The “Basic Rules for the Unification of Factory Buildings” (TJ6-74), approved by the National Basic Construction Committee and the First Yaoji Industrial Ministry, was revised from the “Basic Rules for the Unification of Factory Structure” (Standard -105-56). Since the implementation of the original rule, after several major revolutionary movements such as the Great Leap Forward, the design revolutionary movement, and the proletarian cultural revolution, the majority of workers, revolutionary cadres, and technical personnel have followed the instructions of Chairman Mao and used class struggle as the guideline to emancipate the mind and break the rules. We went downstairs to discharge the hospital and vigorously engaged in the design of the three-in-one design. Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s proletarian revolutionary line, we conscientiously implemented the Party’s infrastructure policies and policies. Combining the actual production conditions in China, construction and installation, etc., many new structures, new technologies and new construction methods have been created. Certain provisions of the original rules can no longer meet the needs of the development of the situation.
