目的观察中药肿节风对局部晚期鼻咽癌放射治疗后急性口干反应的临床作用。方法选取100例Ⅲ~Ⅳa期局部晚期鼻咽癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。所有患者均采用放化疗综合治疗,观察组患者配合口服中药肿节风水提物20g/d,观察两组患者的疗效、口干反应情况。结果 98例患者完成治疗。两组患者的疗效无明显差异。观察组患者更晚出现口干反应且更早开始缓解,两组患者2/3级口干反应发生率存在差异。结论肿节风与放射治疗结合治疗晚期鼻咽癌能减轻放射治疗后的口干反应,且不影响疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine swollen-leaf wind on acute oral dry mouth reaction after radiotherapy for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 100 patients with stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳa locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. All patients were treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the observation group patients with oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine Fengjiu extract 20g / d, observed the efficacy of two groups of patients, dry mouth reaction. Results 98 patients completed the treatment. No significant difference between the two groups of patients. In the observation group, there was a later onset of dry mouth reaction and earlier onset of relief. There was a difference in the incidence of grade 2/3 dry mouth between the two groups. Conclusions The treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma with Jiangzhufeng combined with radiotherapy can reduce the dry mouth reaction after radiotherapy without affecting the curative effect.
