目的：探讨肢体恶性肿瘤术前超声检查的意义。材料和方法：应用高频彩超在新鲜肢体超声解剖研究的基础上应用于临床。结果：高频彩超不仅能清晰显示肿瘤大小，边界及内部回声，而且还能观察恶性肿瘤是否侵犯周围大血管及外周神经。能量多普勒显示异常血管区域多大于软组织及骨破坏范围。结论：高频彩超可指导手术方式，提示手术切除范围。
Objective: To investigate the significance of preoperative ultrasonography of limb malignant tumor. Materials and Methods: The application of high frequency ultrasound in the fresh limbs on the basis of ultrasound anatomy clinical. Results: High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound can not only clearly show the size of the tumor, the boundary and internal echo, but also observe whether the malignant tumor invades the surrounding large blood vessels and peripheral nerves. Energy Doppler showed abnormal vascular area is more than soft tissue and bone destruction range. Conclusion: High-frequency ultrasound can guide the surgical approach, suggesting the scope of surgical resection.
