缺血预处理(IPC)后心肌的延迟保护作用(DP)在IPC后24h出现,保护作用虽较弱,但持续时间长。DP可能与IPC诱导某些心肌保护蛋白如热休克蛋白,超氧化物歧化酶的增加有关。此外,本文还根据对心肌梗塞前有心绞痛的病人的临床观察,扼要讨论了DP的临床应用前景。
Myocardial delayed protection (DP) after ischemic preconditioning (IPC) appeared at 24h after IPC, and its protective effect was weak but lasted for a long time. DP may be related to IPC induced increase of some myocardial protective proteins such as heat shock protein and superoxide dismutase. In addition, this article also based on the clinical observation of patients with angina pectoris before myocardial infarction, briefly discusses the clinical application of DP.
