The Academic Committee of Education and Construction held its inaugural meeting and the first academic seminar in Wuhan Huazhong University of Science and Technology from December 16 to December 20, 1990. The Academic Committee of Education and Architecture is a mass academic organization under the Institute of Architects of the Chinese Architectural Society. Its purpose is to unite a large number of architects engaged in educational construction and jointly conduct academic activities such as theoretical research and design practice on educational architecture to promote educational architecture.
