睾丸扭转常发生在25岁以下的男性中,为泌尿外科急症,因误诊或延误手术时间,以至睾丸坏死而被切除。现将我们收治睾丸扭转4例,报告如下。病例摘要例1:男性,21岁。于1980年1月15日晚行走时,突感左侧阴囊疼痛,下坠,次日加重,且全身不适。曾肌注青、链霉素治疗效果不佳,一周后入我院。体检左侧阴囊明显肿大,触痛明显,睾丸、附睾界限不清。白细胞7400/mm~3。初步诊断:急
