在我国经济不断发展的过程中,党建工作的开展也不断深入,党员教育的工作变得极其重要。健全的高职院校学生党员培养教育管理机制,一方面有助于院校影响力的提高,另一方面还能够实现我国党建工作力度的有效加强的目的。本文主要针对高职院校学生党员培训教育管理过程中存在的不足,根据中共中央办公厅印发的《2014-2018年全国党员教育培训工作规划》提出可行的建议,以促进高职院校学生党员培养教育机制的发展和完善。
