辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)是目前国内外广为流行的一个标记酶。但HRP目前仍多用于形态学定性和定位观察。虽然Lundquist等人发表过HRP生化测定的报道,但由于所用联大茴香胺法灵敏度较低,在微量组织中仍嫌不足。四甲基联苯胺(TMB)由于灵敏度较高是目前较普遍使用的一种HRP组化呈色反应色原。Mesulam曾因TMB是脂溶性有机物而认为它不宜用于生化测定。经过摸索,我们证明TMB不但能用于分光光度计测定HRP,无沉淀产生,而且具有灵敏度高、步骤简单、无毒等优点,最少可测1PgHRP,较联大茴香胺法灵敏度高约
Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is a widely used marker enzyme at home and abroad. However, HRP is still used for morphological qualitative and positioning observation. Although Lundquist et al.
