本文报道采用高效液相色谱对人体胆汁中结合型胆汁酸进行定量分析的方法。认为本法预处理方法简便,可一次同时快速而精确地测定8～10种结合型胆汁酸,在胆石症的病因,病理和治疗方法学研究中,值得推广应用。
This paper reports the quantitative analysis of bile acids in human bile using high performance liquid chromatography. It is considered that the pretreatment method of this method is simple and convenient, and at the same time it can measure 8-10 kinds of conjugated bile acids quickly and accurately. It is worthy of popularization and application in the etiology, pathology and therapeutic methodological study of cholelithiasis.
