营养是人类生存的基本条件,更是反映一个国家经济水平和人民生活质量的重要指标。调查显示我国居民中仍然存在着严重的营养不良问题。第三次全国营养调查指出,中国人维生素和矿物质摄入不足及不均衡的现象普遍存在。
Nutrition is the basic condition for the survival of mankind and is an important indicator of the economic level and quality of life of a country. Surveys show that there are still serious problems of malnutrition among our residents. The third national nutrition survey pointed out that there is a widespread phenomenon of inadequate and uneven vitamin and mineral intake in China.
