近年来,我院收治尿道狭窄1例,围手术期发生脑梗死。现报告如下。1临床资料患者,男,62岁,65 kg。因“尿道狭窄”入院,既往脑外伤脑出血病史,无高血压及糖尿病史,CT检查示:左额叶多发性腔隙性脑梗死。术前血压110/70 mm Hg,麻醉前常规用药,在硬膜外麻醉下行膀胱造漏+尿道会师术。
In recent years, our hospital admitted urethral stricture in 1 case, perioperative cerebral infarction. The report is as follows. 1 clinical data patients, male, 62 years old, 65 kg. Due to “urethral stricture” admission, history of previous traumatic cerebral hemorrhage, no history of hypertension and diabetes, CT examination showed: left frontal lobe multiple cerebral infarction. Preoperative blood pressure 110/70 mm Hg, conventional anesthesia medication, bladder leakage in the epidural anesthesia + urethra division surgery.
