电话现在已进入千家万户,已成为最常用的通信工具,给人们的生活和工作带来极大的便利。然而,家用电话机的卫生问题却常被人们忽视。电话机上的病原微生物主要来自两个途径:一是人们在拨号和接触电话机时,将手上的污物、细菌、病毒、寄生虫卵等沾染在电话机上;另一途径是人们在打电话时,随着喷到话筒上的唾液将口腔中潜藏的病菌喷到了话筒上,尤其是有人打电话时声嘶力竭地大声疾呼,以致唾沫四溅,使电话筒污染。据国外的资料显示,粘附在电话机听筒上的细菌和病毒有480种以上,使用率高的电话带的细菌和病毒更多,大约有十多种疾病最容易通过电话机来传染。
