绿色施工是可持续发展思想在工程施工阶段的应用,是绿色施工技术的综合应用,是在传统施工的基础上按科学发展观对传统施工体系进行创新和提升。具有系统化、社会化、信息化、一体化等特点。实施绿色施工应遵循一定的原则,如:减少对原有建筑物的破坏,施工结合气候,节约资源和能源,减少环境污染,实施科学管理,保证施工质量等。各种绿色施工技术正是在这些原则的指导下,在科学实践中产生并完善的。随着可持续发展战略的进一步实施,实施绿色施工,必将会成为社会的必然选择。
