十万大学生“村官”工程,目前正在全国各大学与各地农村展开。怎样让“村官”工程为社会主义新农村建设注入一大批合格的人才,同时为今天大学生就业拓宽渠道,这是实施“村官”工程必须思考的问题。根据近年来推进大学生“村官”工程中存在的诸多问题,笔者认为,需要处理好以下三对关系。第一,“村官”工程是政绩,还是事业。这是对“村官”工程的组织、实施者而言的。如果把“村官”工程作为一项政绩任务来完成,很显然,对高校来说,在于鼓励了多少学生去做“村官”;对农村来说,
