基于Autoform有限元软件模拟了前壁板的冲压成形过程,预测了成形过程中的开裂、起皱等缺陷,分析了其成形过程中的回弹行为。基于回弹分析结果,对产品型面进行了回弹补偿,并对补偿结果进行了分析验证。结果表明,采用3工序冲压成形前壁板并对产品型面进行回弹补偿可以有效提高产品的精度。
Based on Autoform finite element software, the forming process of the front panel was simulated, the defects such as cracking and wrinkling in the forming process were predicted, and the rebound behavior in the forming process was analyzed. Based on the results of springback analysis, springback compensation is carried out on the product profile, and the compensation results are analyzed and verified. The results show that the use of 3 steps stamping forming the front panel and the product surface rebound compensation can effectively improve product accuracy.
