本文建立了解吸附电晕束电离质谱(DCBI-MS)快速检测保健食品和中成药中违禁添加的9种β2-受体激动剂的分析方法。采用DCBI源正离子模式在全扫描模式下进行扫描,考察了温度和进样体积对解吸附效率的影响,9种β2-受体激动剂样品的快速测定不受基质影响,各目标化合物在1 min内均可被检出。基于二级特征碎片离子的定量分析结果表明,9种β2-受体激动剂在1~100 mg.L 1内呈线性,相关系数(r2)均大于0.991 7。相对标准偏差在14.29%~25.13%之间。利用该方法对10种市售标具止咳平喘作用的保健品及中成药进行检测,结果均为阴性。本方法无需复杂的前处理过程,简便、快速、灵敏度高,可用于止咳平喘类保健食品及中成药中违禁添加的β2-受体激动剂的快速定性及半定量检测。
In this paper, an analytical method for the rapid detection of nine β2-agonists banned in health food and proprietary Chinese medicines by desorption corona beam ionization mass spectrometry (DCBI-MS) was established. Scanning in full scan mode with DCBI source positive ion mode, the effects of temperature and injection volume on the desorption efficiency were investigated. The rapid determination of nine β2-agonist samples was unaffected by the matrix. min can be detected. Quantitative analysis based on the second-order characteristic fragment ions showed that nine β2-agonists were linear in the range of 1 to 100 mg · L -1, with correlation coefficients (r2) greater than 0.991 7. The relative standard deviation was between 14.29% ~ 25.13%. Using this method to test 10 kinds of health care products and proprietary Chinese medicines that have the cough and antiasthmatic effects on the market, the results were negative. The method requires no complicated pretreatment process and is simple, rapid and sensitive, and can be used for rapid qualitative and semi-quantitative detection of prohibited β2-receptor agonists in cough and asthma health-care foods and proprietary Chinese medicines.
