口语交际能力是当代公民必备的素养之一。《初中语文新课程标准》对初中生口语交际能力提出的目标是:具有日常口语交际的基本能力,在各种交际活动中,学会倾听、表达与交流,初步学会文明地进行人际沟通和社会交往,发展合作精神。本人在多年的初中语文教学中发现中学生中有一半左右存在着课堂发言声音小,吐字不清,公众场合说话胆怯,词不达意,言不由衷等语言方面的问题。因此,语文教学要强化说好普通话,口齿清楚,仪态大方,条理清晰等说话能力的培养。
