目的:探讨产前超声心动图对胎儿先天性心脏病的诊断价值。方法:对2005年12月~2009年12月在佛山市顺德区妇幼保健院产前超声系统检查的孕20周~36周胎儿28 670例,对疑有先天性心脏病的胎儿,在四腔心切面、双流出道切面、三血管平面、主动脉弓切面进行胎儿超声心动图检查,最后确诊70例先天性心脏病胎儿,并对检查结果进行追踪和随访。结果:产前超声心动图诊断胎儿先天性心脏病70例,经引产后尸检及产后新生儿超声心动图检查证实,漏诊3例室间隔缺损,2例原发孔型房间隔缺损。以上切面对胎儿先天性心脏病敏感性95.8%,特异性为99.9%。70例中,胎儿单纯心脏畸形23例,占32.8%,复杂性畸形47例,占67.1%。结论:产前超声心动图对胎儿先天性心脏病有很高的诊断价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of prenatal echocardiography in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease. Methods: From December 2005 to December 2009 in Foshan Maternity and Child Health Hospital, Shunde District, prenatal ultrasound system of pregnancy 20 weeks to 36 weeks fetus 28 670 cases of suspected fetal congenital heart disease in the four chambers Heart section, double outflow section, three vascular plane, aortic arch section of fetal echocardiography, the final diagnosis of 70 cases of congenital heart disease fetus, and the examination results were followed up and follow-up. Results: Prenatal echocardiography diagnosed fetal congenital heart disease in 70 cases, post-natal postmortem examination and postnatal neonatal echocardiography confirmed that missed three cases of ventricular septal defect, two cases of primary orifice atrial septal defect. The above section of fetal congenital heart disease sensitivity 95.8%, specificity of 99.9%. Of the 70 cases, 23 cases were simple cardiac malformations, accounting for 32.8%, and 47 cases were complex malformations, accounting for 67.1%. Conclusion: Prenatal echocardiography has a high diagnostic value in fetal congenital heart disease.
