我局所用钻机的泥浆泵在换凡尔座、活塞和缸套时一般均使用手工拉拔工具,劳动量较大,效率低。为了实现钻井速度翻番,减轻工人的劳动强度,在参考国内外拉拔工具的基础上,设计制造了气动液压增压缸立式三拔工具,经试压和试验达到了设计要求,见到了较好的效果。一、工作原理:利用井队压风机气源,大小缸活塞承压面积比为42:1,大气缸活塞在气流12公斤/厘米~2的压力下,推动小液缸,产生504公斤/厘米~2压力,又推动大液缸产生97吨的拉力,
