目的探讨善得定治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法所有患者均为肝硬变或肝癌所致食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血 ,都有呕血和黑便 ,并经胃镜检查证实。共40例分两组 ,善得定组21例 ,垂体后叶素联用硝酸甘油19例 ,分别观察12h、24h及72h的止血效果 ,并比较再出血率 ,药物副作用。结果两组3天止血率分别为善药组90 5 % ,联药组84 2 % ,两组无显著差异。p>0 05。但24h止血率善药组为70 9 % ,联药组为57 5 % ,善药组明显优于联药组。副反应发生率明显低于联药组p<0 05。而且病人有很好的耐受性 ,且不影响再出血的病情观察。结论善得定是治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的有效药物。
Objective To investigate the effect of Zenderding in the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding. Methods All patients with cirrhosis or liver cancer caused by esophageal varices bleeding, have vomiting and melena, and verified by gastroscopy. A total of 40 cases divided into two groups, 21 cases of good set, pituitrin combined with nitroglycerin 19 cases were observed 12h, 24h and 72h hemostatic effect, and compared the rate of rebleeding, drug side effects. Results The 3-day hemostasis rates of the two groups were 90.5% in the good medicine group and 84.2% in the combined drug group, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups. p> 0 05. But 24h hemostasis rate of good medicine group was 70 9%, 57.5% combined drug group, good medicine group was significantly better than the combined drug group. The incidence of side effects was significantly lower than the combination group p <0 05. And the patient has good tolerance, and does not affect the re-bleeding of the disease observed. Conclusion Good day set is an effective drug for the treatment of esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding.
