已知钙离子是精子生理学的主要调节因子,本研究在于回答下列问题:是否精子在通过宫颈粘液时接触到不同浓度的钙离子?如果是,产生这种差异的机理是什么?在不同精液中钙离子浓度和在精液中精子前向活动之间存在什么关系?改变钙离子的浓度是否会影响洗涤后精子的活动?
Calcium is known to be a major regulator of sperm physiology. The present study was designed to answer the following questions: Are sperm exposed to different concentrations of calcium ions when passing through cervical mucus? If so, what are the mechanisms responsible for this difference? In different semen What is the relationship between calcium concentration and sperm motility in semen? Will changing the concentration of calcium affect sperm activity after washing?
