一、过去加工的方法成型铲齿刀是加工成型铣刀的必要刀具。由于它的型线组成复杂,而且又具有一定的后角,所以铲齿刀的型线一般都是在光学曲线磨床上按照屏幕上放大图进行磨削的。目前一些厂在国产光学曲线磨床上磨削成型铲齿刀的方法如图1所示。铲齿刀平放在机床工作台面上,用压板压住,砂轮座转过一个等于铲齿刀后角的α角。开动机床,砂轮一面旋转,一面按箭头所示的方向作倾斜于机床工作台面的往复运动。而工件在工作台的十字拖板上,按照屏幕上的放大图移动而进行磨削。这样磨削的缺点是:砂轮在屏幕上的投影忽隐忽现,反复交替地遮盖了放大图型线,使工人跟踪操作
