一例5岁未绝育雌性犬左侧乳腺肿大,经主人同意手术摘除后送检,制作石蜡切片,H.E.染色后光镜下观察。结果发现肿块内乳腺小叶数量增多,小叶内可见大量新生导管,小叶内和小叶间导管明显扩张,部分导管上皮细胞显著增生,围绕间质形成乳头状结构。根据组织学结构特点诊断为乳腺导管乳头状瘤。
