Mooren溃疡即蚕蚀性角膜溃疡,是一种边缘性,慢性进行性角膜溃疡.患者突出的症状是疼痛,此外还有畏光、流泪等刺激症状,其确切病因不明,是一种致盲率较高,治疗较困难,预后较差的严重眼病.我院眼科自1996年2月以来,采用中西药结合(鱼胆草合地塞米松)眼液治疗Mooren溃疡10例11眼,临床疗效满意,总结如下.
