目的:加强急诊抢救室仪器设备管理,使患者得到及时有效的救治,提升医院管理水平,提高医疗服务质量。方法:从2011年10月开始,将“5S”管理法应用于仪器设备管理,组织理论学习,成立“5S”管理小组,制订实施方案。结果:“5S”管理法应用于仪器设备的管理,取得了满意的效果。结论:科学的管理手段是提高医疗服务质量的重要保证。
OBJECTIVE: To strengthen the management of emergency equipment and equipment in emergency rooms so that patients can receive timely and effective treatment, improve the management level of hospitals and improve the quality of medical services. Methods: Beginning in October 2011, the “5S” management method was applied to the management of instrumentation and equipment and organizational theory to establish “5S” management team to formulate the implementation plan. Results: “5S ” management method used in the management of equipment, and achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion: Scientific management is an important guarantee for improving the quality of medical services.
